David Weston is a Miami native who found his home on the Treasure Coast — entrepreneur, husband, father, captain, and coach. Over the past six years he's built a portfolio of businesses spanning construction staffing, charter fishing, HVAC, and beyond, all rooted in the Stuart community he now calls home.

When he's not filling construction crews or running offshore trips to the Gulfstream, you'll find him coaching water polo at Jupiter High School or on the sideline at one of his kids' games. He's the guy who answers the phone, gets things done, and never takes himself too seriously.

His wife Dr. Leanne Tinsley Weston is a third-generation Stuart native and dentist — she's from here, he got here as fast as he could. Their kids are Key West Conchs — born in the Keys before the family planted roots on the Treasure Coast. Together they're building something worth being proud of.
